3% conference: Creative Director Track Recap
The advertising industry has for decades attracted the clever, the competitive, and the creative. It has also been referred to as “a boys club” crowded with ad men placing their perspective on labels and selling it to the world. For five years, The 3% Conference has been extending the table to make sure that more diverse ideas have a seat, in hopes that more voices are represented on tv screens, billboards, print ads, and digital surfaces across the world.
